Private Events

​Workshops, private dinners, intimate weddings, photography mini sessions, bridal and baby showers.

Starting at $125/hr

3 HR minimum, with set-up and breakdown time included in the reserved timeframe.

Day rate: $850 (includes 8 hours). Overtime priced at $75/hr rate.

All day access: $1,250 (includes 24 hours).​​

Furniture included:

  • Folding chairs (20)

  • Three 6’ rectangular folding tables (seat 6-8 each)

  • Additional furniture options available, or bring in your own

Photo Shoots

Photoshoots, film or video, content shoots.

Starting at $75/hr

3 HR minimum, with set up and breakdown time included in the reserved timeframe.

Day rate: $500 (8 hours included. Overtime priced at $125/hr rate.

All day access: $750 (24 hour included).

Self Serve

Short classes, workshops, meetings, etc.

Starting at $50/hr

Packages available for repeat use.

15 minute buffer before and after complimentary.

Self check-in, check-out with a convenient keypad.​

**Additional charges may apply depending on guest count, add-ons selected, nature of event and use of facilities.
**50% deposit required at time of booking.  **Refundable security deposit for damages.
